7-day refund window
New PDF Tools Pro purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days if the paid features were not useful for your workflow or you purchased by mistake.
How to request a refund
Email support@wazap.lt with the email used at checkout, the purchase date, and a short reason. We usually respond within 1 business day.
Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted through our payment processor. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Limitations
Refunds may be declined for abuse, excessive paid-feature usage, violations of our terms, chargeback fraud, or repeated refund requests. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
